tx_inject()

Inject a character at the front of the output buffer

void tx_inject(TTYDEV *dev,
               unsigned char c);

Arguments:

dev: A pointer to the TTYDEV structure that represents the specific device data has been received on.
c: The character you want to inject.

This function injects a character at the front of the output buffer.
